This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - International Voice in Chinsurah. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in an international market. You will also collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategies to meet business goals, analyze market trends, and prepare business proposals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are integral to this role.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in international business development,
Preferably within the voice or telecommunication industry
Previous agency work experience is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with business development in international markets, specifically within the voice or telecommunication industry
Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategies
Ability to prepare and present business proposals and close deals effectively
Proficient in client relationship management and maintaining customer satisfaction
Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Prior experience in digital marketing or sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute the social media content strategy and monthly content calendar.
Lead the creation and supervision of daily posts, reels, stories, and multimedia assets.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and narrative across all digital channels.
Drive student engagement, community interaction, and platform growth through comments, DMs, and trend-based content.
Plan, coordinate, and execute student reels, influencer collaborations, and campaign initiatives.
Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design, PR, academic teams, and institute leadership to align messaging and campaigns.
Role & responsibilities :
Create a sales strategy to increase market penetration, and customer volumes and drive revenue goals.
Diversify product ranges in consultation with customer requirements and the manufacturing team.
Create strategies to manage competition and build enduring relationships with all customers.
Create a pricing policy and deploy strategies for driving the pricing policy with the team.
Prepare an annual business plan for sales and marketing functions and ensure deployment for the JV.
Nurture talent and create a leadership pipeline in the team.
Ensure that each business unit is provided with the relevant strategic guidance to achieve the direction set out by the CEO and the board.
Ensure that the JV is developing and maintains existing relations with various external and internal partners.
Liaise across different departments to source information in order to strategize and increase the competitive advantage of the organization.
Drive organizational initiatives like safety, health etc. in the team.
Facilitate all Sales & Marketing functions in developing roadmap and strategies and oversee the successful implementation of the same.
