Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

with proven expertise in

international healthcare sales

. The role involves managing import/export operations, building long-term global partnerships, and driving revenue growth across regulated markets, especially the

UK and Europe

. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in

UK time zones

and have a strong track record of achieving international sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new

business opportunities in international healthcare markets

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

global clients, distributors, and partners

. Develop and execute effective

business development and sales strategies

for UK and regulated markets. Collaborate with regulatory and operations teams to ensure

compliance with international trade requirements

. Monitor

global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned

sales and revenue targets

. Represent the organization at

international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

. Provide accurate

sales forecasts and business reports

to management.
Key Requirements

Minimum

4+ years of international sales/business development experience

in the

healthcare sector

. Proven success in

B2B international client acquisition and relationship management

. Strong knowledge of

global trade, healthcare compliance, and export documentation

. Experience with

UK/European healthcare markets

is preferred. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Ability to work

independently and within cross-functional teams

. Must be flexible and willing to work in

UK shift timings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
