We are hiring on behalf of a reputed interior design company based in Vytilla, Kochi, with over 15 years of industry experience. The firm specializes in providing customized interior solutions for residential and commercial clients, and is known for its quality, professionalism, and creative excellence.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business by connecting with potential clients via telecalling, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful projects. Coordination with the digital marketing team for lead follow-ups and occasional travel to Coimbatore (for qualified leads) will also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and fix meetings Visit client locations/sites to understand requirements and present company services Collaborate with the digital marketing team to follow up on online leads and referrals Generate fresh leads through market visits, local networking, and cold outreach Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and pipeline status to the management Travel across Ernakulam and occasionally to Coimbatore, based on client locations

Candidate Requirements:

3 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the

interior design or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English and Malayalam

Must own a

two-wheeler

and be willing to travel locally for client meetings Confident, approachable, and persuasive personality Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets within deadlines
