Role Overview



The

Business Development Manager (BDM)

will be responsible for driving

new business, partnerships, revenue growth, and high-value project acquisitions

for G Cube Studios. This role requires strong networking skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both

residential and commercial interiors

(salons, gyms, clinics, offices, showrooms, etc.).

Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition



Identify and target potential clients for both

residential & commercial interior projects

. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, meetings, and market outreach. Meet property owners, builders, developers, brokers, and corporates for project opportunities. Conduct regular field visits to new apartments, commercial spaces, and upcoming properties.

2. Partnerships & Alliances



Develop tie-ups with: Builders & developers Real estate agents Architects & consultants Material vendors & furniture stores Premium societies & gated communities Explore co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities.

3. Client Meetings & Relationship Building



Meet clients to understand their requirements and present G Cube Studios' portfolio and services. Coordinate site visits, showroom presentations, and design consultations. Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and ensure repeat & referral business.

4. Proposal, Pricing & Negotiation



Work with design & estimation teams to prepare proposals, layouts, BOQs, and presentations. Explain scope of work, pricing, materials, timelines, and project process. Handle negotiations and successfully close deals with healthy margins.

5. Revenue & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets. Strategically pursue large-ticket interior projects (villas, offices, gyms, salons, clinics, retail). Track market trends and identify new business opportunities for expansion.

6. On-Ground Market Research



Track new apartment launches, commercial buildings, offices, and retail developments. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotional strategies, and design trends. Regularly study demand for interiors in specific micro-markets (RR Nagar, Mysore Road, JP Nagar, Vijayanagar, etc.).

7. Internal Coordination



Coordinate with:

Marketing team

- for campaigns, events, and branding support.

Design team

- for presentations, concept boards, and proposals.

Sales Closers

- for smooth handover of leads and closure support.

Management

- for approvals, partnerships, and project strategies.

Required Skills



1-4 years of experience in business development (Interior/Real Estate/Luxury Sales preferred). Strong networking ability and local market knowledge. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to identify and close high-value opportunities. Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality. Understanding of interior costing, BOQ, and design process is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,252,901.17 per year
