The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the market reach of our interior wallpaper portfolio, developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and retail partners, and driving revenue growth across assigned regions.
Responsible for driving sales and expanding the wallpaper business across assigned territories.
Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Generate new leads through field visits, project mapping, and market research.
Conduct product presentations, training, and sampling for A&D and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and design trends to provide market insights.
Coordinate with supply chain and installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
Ensure brand visibility through in-store branding, catalog sharing, and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM documentation.
