Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for interior design, residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling to target potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, real estate firms, and high-value clients.
Present company services, project proposals, and design solutions to prospective clients.
Handle end-to-end client communication, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and networking events as needed.
Track, report, and manage marketing performance metrics and conversion data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in interior marketing, business development, or project sales.
Strong understanding of interior industry trends, materials, vendors, and project workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to bring interior projects and achieve sales targets.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role.
