Marketing & Branding:
Plan and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the interior design sector.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
Organize events, exhibitions, and seminars to showcase the company's capabilities.
Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and portfolio pieces.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish strong relationships with existing clients and develop a network for referral business.
Conduct meetings with potential clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication and post-project follow-up.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, working with the team to address issues effectively.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
Provide insights into emerging market opportunities and recommend adjustments to strategy.
Analyze customer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing and business development strategies.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and business development professionals.
Collaborate with the design, project management, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure timely and effective delivery of all marketing materials.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years in business development, marketing, or sales, with a proven track record in the interior design or construction industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. An MBA or equivalent will be a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of interior design trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.).
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Established relationships with key players in the construction, real estate, and interior design industries.
Familiarity with project management software or CRM tools.
