Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented
Business Development Managers
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing new client relationships, and supporting the growth of our customer base across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Tanuku, Bhimavaram, and Kakinada.
Promote and sell insurance products including health, life, and motor insurance.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with branch and regional teams for business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0-4 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (preferred).
Strong local network and market knowledge in the assigned areas.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Candidates with a two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be preferred.
