Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector (Health, Motor, and Life Insurance). The role involves driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Health, Motor, and Life Insurance segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, and claims) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies in all business activities.
Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in insurance sales/business development (Health, Motor, or Life).
Strong knowledge of insurance products and market practices.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
