We are looking for a
Business Development Manager - Inside Sales (Key Accounts & New Business Development)
with
5+ years of experience
in managing
existing government & enterprise accounts

CRM operations
, and
lead generation
for ITMS, Safe City, Surveillance, and Electronic Security Solutions & homeland security. The role involves relationship management, opportunity mining within key accounts, handling techno-commercial proposals, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, nurture, and grow
existing key accounts (PSUs, Government Departments, and Enterprise Clients)

Handle
end-to-end client relationship management
, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Identify, initiate, and nurture
new leads
through inbound and outbound channels
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, OEMs) for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
Prepare and deliver
customized techno-commercial proposals
, quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.
