Business Development Manager- Inside Sales



About the Role:



We are looking for a

Business Development Manager - Inside Sales (Key Accounts & New Business Development)

with

5+ years of experience

in managing

existing government & enterprise accounts

,

CRM operations

, and

lead generation

for ITMS, Safe City, Surveillance, and Electronic Security Solutions & homeland security. The role involves relationship management, opportunity mining within key accounts, handling techno-commercial proposals, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage, nurture, and grow

existing key accounts (PSUs, Government Departments, and Enterprise Clients)

.

Handle

end-to-end client relationship management

, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Identify, initiate, and nurture

new leads

through inbound and outbound channels

Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, OEMs) for solution design, pricing, and documentation.

Prepare and deliver

customized techno-commercial proposals

, quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.

Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person), presentations.

Ensure proactive engagement with clients for

repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling

opportunities. Continuously

track market trends, competitor activities

, and build intelligence for new business opportunities.

Participate in relevant industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Skills:



5+ years of experience

in

Inside Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development

in IT Infrastructure, Surveillance, Electronic Security, or System Integration domains.
Experience in managing

government clients, tender processes

& handling techno-commercial documentation.
Strong expertise in

CRM/ERP tools

, lead nurturing processes, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of

ITMS, Surveillance Systems, Control Room Infrastructure

, and Electronic Security
High ownership, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple clients & projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
