Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves leading the sales team, guiding students for admissions, ensuring performance success, and driving conversions through sales via calling while maintaining leadership quality.
Lead, mentor, and train a team of counsellors, BDEs, and telecallers
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are consistently met
Make outbound & inbound calls for high-priority or escalated student inquiries
Guide students through program selection, admissions processes, and career pathways
Review team performance data and optimize calling strategies
Conduct regular feedback, audits, and role-play sessions with team members
Maintain strong communication with operations, counselling, and marketing teams
Handle escalations, complex cases, and high-value admissions conversations
Maintain CRM accuracy, track productivity metrics, and ensure smooth team workflows
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
1-4 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counselling, or business development
Proven ability to lead teams and consistently meet targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Confident handling complex counselling & sales scenarios
Target-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented
Strong calling, negotiation, and follow-up discipline
