Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new clients for contractual staffing services /Recruitment
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by using various sales tools, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand their staffing needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of staffing services.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close deals in line with business goals.
  • Managing key clients
  • Taking care of the Profit & Loss
  • Team Handling
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
