Job Roles and Duties:

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our agency partners by serving as a key point of contact.
Policy Servicing: Handle policy servicing requests from agency partners, including policy changes, updates, and renewals.
Training and Development: Provide support and guidance to agents or advisors, helping them enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Sales Support: Provide sales support materials, product information, and marketing resources to help agents succeed in their sales efforts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of agency partners, tracking their sales targets, and key performance indicators
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Relationship Expansion: Identify potential agency partners, conduct due diligence, and present recommendations to the management team.

Candidates Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 Years in Sales and Marketing in the BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, and Real Estate.
Age should be between 25 to 40 Years
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to train and coach team members
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
