Job Overview

:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, sales expertise, and networking. The BDM will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify new market opportunities, negotiate deals, and increase the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities

:

Business Strategy & Market Research

: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify new industry trends, emerging markets, and potential customers. Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine business development plans. Identify and assess opportunities for expansion, including new markets, partnerships, or acquisitions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

: Proactively identify and target potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

Sales & Revenue Growth

: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up selling to existing clients. Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of prospects through the sales pipeline. Close deals and secure new business contracts to drive company growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, promotional materials, and branding strategies. Coordinate with product development and service teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded. Work with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

Sales & Performance Reporting

: Track and report on business development activities, including new leads, sales, and partnership opportunities. Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track client interactions and sales pipeline. Prepare reports for senior management on progress towards business development targets and provide actionable insights.

Salary Range:
