Role Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for your assigned region.
Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential clients within your territory.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, attending industry events).
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
Develop and present customized proposals that effectively address client requirements.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and competitor analysis.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Tech
In-depth understanding of your assigned region's market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Proven ability to identify and qualify leads develops proposals, and close deals.
Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
