3. Market Research & Strategy Development
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop strategies to expand the bank's customer base and increase revenue.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Financial Advisory & Product Promotion
Educate clients on banking products, including savings, loans, and investment services.
Work closely with product teams to customize offerings based on client requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations.
5. Business Growth & Target Achievement
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank.
