Job Description

We are looking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a strong background in business development, and an MBA. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth in the infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector, including public and private projects. Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new projects. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is an added advantage. Minimum

10+ years of experience

in business development within the infrastructure industry. Proven track record of securing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Additional Information

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
