Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following core activities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct
cold calls
to potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
Perform
data mining and research
to identify and qualify target prospects across relevant industries.
Client Communication & Engagement:
Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients using various channels, including
calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Successfully
schedule and organize meetings
with the concerned authorities or decision-makers.
Requirement Gathering:
Understand and document client requirements by taking clear, accurate, and
Reporting & Data Management:
Prepare and maintain
weekly performance reports
detailing calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and current pipeline status.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and accurate conversion tracking.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in a B2B environment).
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(both verbal and written).
Technical Aptitude:
Strong research and data mining abilities using online tools and databases.
Mindset:
Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence with a positive, can-do attitude.
Good organizational and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
