Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:



Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.

Set sales targets and KPIs for the e-commerce sales team.

Team Management:



Lead and motivate a team of online sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Recruit, hire, and onboard new e-commerce sales team members.

Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Online Sales Channel Management:



Manage and optimize online storefronts across multiple platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces like Amazon ).

Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and product descriptions for accuracy and customer appeal.

Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and search ranking on online marketplaces.

Customer Relationship Management:



Foster strong relationships with online customers through proactive communication and customer service.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:



Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate comprehensive sales reports and insights to inform decision-making.

Utilize data analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and sales funnels.

Marketing and Promotion:



Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns

Leverage digital marketing channels like email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.

Manage promotional activities and special offers on online platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, ideally with a track record of achieving sales targets

Strong understanding of online retail platforms and digital marketing strategies

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting tools

Leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
