. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, expanding distribution channels, and increasing market share across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and develop new markets, customers, and partnerships.
Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends, competitor landscape, and demand patterns.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline across B2B, retail, and modern trade channels.
Channel Management:
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers and key accounts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with partners.
Product Strategy Support:
Provide market feedback to the product team for innovation and improvements.
Assist in launching new products with effective go-to-market strategies.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and events.
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
1-3 years of experience in sales/business development in any industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
