Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Business Development Manager

to lead the growth strategy for our

home appliances division

. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, expanding distribution channels, and increasing market share across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

Identify and develop new markets, customers, and partnerships.

Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends, competitor landscape, and demand patterns.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Develop and manage the sales pipeline across B2B, retail, and modern trade channels.

Channel Management:

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers and key accounts.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with partners.

Product Strategy Support:

Provide market feedback to the product team for innovation and improvements.

Assist in launching new products with effective go-to-market strategies.

Marketing Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and events.

Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.

1-3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or consumer durable goods.

Strong network of distributors/retailers in the home appliance sector is a plus.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as required (Jaipur only).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Knowledge of product certifications, compliance, and import/export processes.

Understanding of both offline and online (e-commerce) sales channels.
