Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client, a leading manufacturer of industrial heat exchangers and thermal solutions, for the position of Business Development Manager - Heat Exchangers & HVAC (Domestic Market).



LOCATION - SURAT , BHARUCH , VAPI , ( SOUTH GUJ )



Our client is a well-established company specializing in custom-engineered coil systems and heat exchange solutions serving diverse industrial sectors including HVAC, refrigeration, power generation, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and OEM manufacturing.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will spearhead domestic market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across industrial B2B segments. This is a

consultative, project-based sales role

focused on engineered solutions--not transactional selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:



Identify and acquire new customers across industrial, HVAC, refrigeration, power, pharma, chemical, and OEM sectors Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with consistent pipeline growth

Project-Based Sales Execution:



Generate, track, and convert enquiries, RFQs, and project opportunities into confirmed orders Prepare technical-commercial quotations aligned with customer requirements Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approval authority Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and production teams for technical feasibility and delivery commitments

Customer Relationship Management:



Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and plant visits across assigned territories Build strong relationships with procurement teams, plant heads, consultants, and key decision-makers Support payment follow-ups and collection processes

Market Intelligence & Reporting:



Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities Maintain accurate sales reports, visit documentation, and CRM updates Track order pipeline, sales forecasts, and conversion metrics
Must-Have Requirements:

Experience:



Minimum

3+ years in industrial B2B sales

(Heat Exchangers / HVAC / Industrial Equipment highly preferred) Proven track record in revenue-based, target-oriented sales roles Experience selling engineered or customized products Understanding of project-based sales cycles (enquiry ? quotation ? order conversion)

Education:



Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering preferred) MBA (Sales / Marketing) will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:



Strong industrial B2B sales acumen with consultative selling approach Commercial negotiation and relationship-building expertise Knowledge of heat exchangers, coils, HVAC systems, or thermal solutions (or strong ability to learn technical products) Self-driven, field-oriented personality with a results-focused mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have:

Existing network in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment sectors Experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors, or system integrators Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering coordination Prior exposure to multi-sector B2B sales (power, pharma, chemicals)
