We are looking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a strong background in business development, and an MBA. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth in the infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector, including public and private projects.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within the infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Additional Information

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
