Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and optimize results.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Track and report on performance metrics, pipeline status, and business forecasts using CRM tools.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Day to day visit Pan India for client building for HR operation product and Staffing vendor ship alignment and MSA related work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
6 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
