Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, needs analysis, presentations, negotiation, onboarding, to post-sale account servicing.
Prepare and present forecasts, proposals, and pipeline reports to support business growth strategy.
Organize and attend client meetings and relevant industry events to expand networks.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Service teams to ensure excellent client delivery.
Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes impacting the corporate insurance space.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced qualification preferred.
3 to 6 years of experience in insurance business development focused on the corporate segment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated field readiness.
Female candidates preferred in alignment with corporate diversity goals.
