Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in the long-term success of the company by expanding our market presence and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. Track sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly. Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue. Bidding on portals like Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr and others.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (1- 3 years) in business development, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IT Industry. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. Experience in contract negotiation and deal closure.
