Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business expansion goals.
Achieve quarterly and annual sale revenue and profitability goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS, IMS, and IT Infrastructure.
Drive government and major enterprise deals through CxO-level involvement and long-term collaborations.
Lead GTM initiatives in many sectors, including government, education, manufacturing, BFSI, and IT/ITES.
Collaborate with marketing to manage lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign messaging.
Utilize CRM tools wisely for pipeline management, sales analytics, and forecasting.
Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting models
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required, an MBA is desirable.
At least five years of B2B IT sales experience
Demonstrated ability to close government and business (major) IT infrastructure deals, Managed Services, or IMS.
* It is ideal to have extensive knowledge of SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, or IBM technologies.
