We are now seeking an experienced and driven

Business Development Manager

to strengthen our presence and lead our commercial initiatives in India.


About the Role




The

Business Development Manager

will play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships across the Indian aviation landscape.

You will work closely with

government authorities, regulatory bodies, and airport stakeholders

, representing Goldair Handling India and contributing directly to our long-term success in the region.


This position requires a proactive, commercially astute professional with strong relationship management skills and a passion for aviation.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation services market. Build and maintain trusted relationships with

airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners

. Develop and implement

business and commercial strategies

aligned with company goals. Lead

contract negotiations

, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Support

pricing, cost analysis, and profitability optimization

. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Procurement) to streamline commercial processes. Prepare and present

reports, budgets, and forecasts

to senior management. Monitor

market and competitor trends

and recommend strategic actions.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Commerce, Economics

, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

5 years' experience

in

Business Development, Commercial Management

, or

Contract Management

roles.

Experience in the aviation or airport services industry preferred.

Proven understanding of

commercial law, contract management

, and financial principles.
