Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Create and execute business development strategies to increase market share.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations effectively.

Sales Management:

Oversee the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor their progress. Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity. Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

Revenue Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and improve the overall sales process. Coordinate with senior management to ensure business goals are met.

Required Skills



Sales Expertise:

Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Communication and Negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse market data and sales metrics. Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve processes.

Leadership and Team Management:

Experience in managing and leading a sales team. Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Networking:

Ability to build a strong network of contacts and leverage relationships to benefit the business.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
