About Us:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and promote our airfield ground lighting products. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing long-term relationships with customers in the aviation industry. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential customers within the aviation industry, including airports, airlines, maintenance organizations, and consulting firms. Research and understand the airfield ground lighting market, competitors, and industry trends to identify business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our airfield ground lighting products. Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs and requirements. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure orders and close deals. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations. Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM software or other designated systems.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills:



Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, cloud storage (Google Drive), CRM systems, and data management. Proficiency in a English language is a plus for international market focus. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
