We are looking for a results-driven

Business Development Manager

to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback Prepare proposals, reports, and forecasts for management review

Requirements:



Minimum

3 years of experience

in business development, sales, or client acquisition Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Experience in professional services or B2B sales is preferred Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
