Key Responsibilities
Achieve enrolment targets for campus programmes.
Conduct data calls for lead generation and provide effective career counselling.
Manage telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with timely follow-ups.
Oversee and close the entire admission process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational organisations, and consultants for collaborations and tie-ups.
Organise and conduct impactful seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Represent and promote the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and other academic/industry events.
Prepare detailed post-event reports, including market analysis, competitor insights, and recommendations for growth strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, Education, or related fields).
3-6 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or the education sector.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for data management & reporting.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel for school/college visits, tie-ups, and events.
Goal-orientated mindset with proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
