Role Summary

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking for an opportunity to lead and grow a sales team? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our vision of providing a platform for everyone to express themselves through their cars. As the Business Development Manager, you will have the autonomy to create and implement sales strategies across social media, automotive forums

Key Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing the sales and conversion funnel, including e-commerce strategy Prospecting leads through social media, social media groups, events, online forums, and outbound phone calls Communicating with and quoting inbound leads through email, social media, live chat system, and phone calls Converting leads to customers and building long-lasting positive customer relationships Attending and engaging in automotive social events and meets Interacting in social groups related to our goals (e.g. WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups) Analyzing sales data and developing strategies for business growth Managing and enhancing existing B2B relationships Developing and growing B2B strategy Prospecting B2B leads through social media, events, and outbound phone calls
What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be sales and goal-driven, with a passion for cars and the automotive industry. Knowledge and work experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive mentality are all essential.

Qualifications & Experience Summary

Passionate about cars and the automotive sector Knowledge & work experience in the automotive industry preferred. Sales & Goal driven. Ability to work well and thrive under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, clear, and well spoken. Autonomous; the ability to work and grow without heavy guidance. Proactive mentality, keen to foreshadow hurdles and overcome challenges faced.

Pay: ₹14,359.95 - ₹59,578.18 per month
