Ashapura Softech is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in the

IT industry

, specifically in

international business development

and

Salesforce market or product sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our global presence in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets in international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.). Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the

Salesforce product and services market

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities in the IT & Salesforce domain. Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and delivery teams to align client requirements and ensure project success. Drive end-to-end sales processes including proposal creation, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management. Represent the company at global tech events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

7-10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT industry.

Strong expertise in

Salesforce solutions, CRM products, or SaaS-based services.

Excellent knowledge of

international B2B sales processes, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and ability to manage multiple global accounts. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing full sales cycles independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
