We are looking for a dynamic and engaging

Business Development Manager

to join our 100-bedded multi-specialty hospital team.

What you'll do:

Connect and collaborate with doctors, corporate partners, and insurance professionals who work closely with our hospital. Strengthen and expand our network of cashless and corporate healthcare services. Lead and mentor a team of junior executives, helping them grow while achieving collective goals. Represent our hospital with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

What we're looking for:

A graduate or postgraduate with strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience of up to 5 years or more in hospital business development, healthcare marketing, or corporate relations. Someone who's proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
