Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.

-Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through calls, emails or virtual meetings.

-Create, develop, and present customized business proposals and pitches.

-Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.

-Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.

-Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.

-Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



-

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the IT industry).

-Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, web/mobile technologies, or IT services.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in CRM software Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,245.17 - ₹62,051.74 per month

Work Location: In person
