Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
To Develop New Agents and Maintain Consistent Business from existing ones.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and agent segments.
Forecast market trends and develop proactive growth plans.
Plan expansion into new geographies, such as new cities or regional markets.
Build and manage a robust student inquiry pipeline through Agents Channel.
Monitor lead-to-conversion ratios and optimize lead nurturing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships Education agents.
Supervise and guide the sales/counselling team on handling leads and closing enrollments.
To Achieve revenue targets and ensure alignment with marketing and sales efforts.
To Monitor Self performance against Given targets.
Maintain engagement with existing and past clients for referrals and testimonials.
Conduct surveys to improve services and client satisfaction.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on lead conversion, revenue, and pipeline status with Director.
Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Must have 2-3 years of experience for
B2B Sales

Visa & Immigration
industry.
