Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Credit Card Corporate Sales
Location: Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara)
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at a Nationalized Bank. As a BDM, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our credit card products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Promote and sell credit card products and services to corporate clients.
Understand clients' needs and resolve their concerns promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance performance.
Requirements:
Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to engage corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
An MBA qualification (preferred) or any graduate with 3-4 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking sector.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: ?20,000 CTC to ?30,000 CTC
