We're hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager who can own the full sales cycle--prospecting ? discovery ? proposal ? close--and confidently sell to North American decision-makers.
What You'll Do (Full-Cycle)

  • Identify and target ideal customers across SMBs, startups, eCommerce brands, and founders in the US/Canada.
  • Drive outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls; manage inbound leads and follow-ups.
  • Build lead lists and source contacts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo (or similar).
  • Qualify prospects (needs, budget, timeline) and book + lead discovery calls with decision-makers.
  • Recommend the right service path, capture high-level requirements, and align scope with business outcomes.
  • Create proposals/estimates (with internal support), present options, handle objections, and move deals to close.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM and keep notes/activity updated.
  • Report weekly on activity (outreach volume), pipeline health, and closed revenue.

  • Web Design & UI/UX
  • Shopify / WordPress builds, integrations, and support
  • Mobile & Web App Development
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Media, Analytics/Reporting, Content, Marketing Automation)
  • Startup Engineering Support (Discovery, MVP, DevOps, QA, Enhancements)
  • IT Infrastructure / Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity (as applicable)
What We're Looking For
  • Proven B2B services sales experience (agency, software dev, IT consulting, or digital marketing).
  • Strong outbound skills: prospecting, messaging, follow-up discipline, and objection handling.
  • Comfortable running the full cycle: lead gen + closing (no separate Account Executive initially).
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, outreach sequences, and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to understand technical/digital services and translate them into clear business value.
  • Fluent, polished English (spoken and written) -- able to lead calls and close North American clients.
  • Organized, metrics-driven approach to pipeline management.
Bonus
  • Experience selling Shopify/WordPress projects, app development, marketing retainers, or selling directly to founders/startups.

  • Consistent qualified meetings booked.
  • Healthy, trackable pipeline with clear next steps.
  • Closed revenue and repeatable outbound system.
