What you'll do:

Identify & onboard franchise partners in target cities
Lead franchise acquisition from pitch to closure

Drive clinic expansion aligned with brand & commercial goal Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth clinic launches
Travel extensively to explore markets & execute deals

What we're looking for:

2-6 years in business development/franchising
Experience in retail/beauty/wellness/healthcare industry is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
Hustle mindset & comfort with field work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
