highly driven Business Development Manager
to establish partnerships with major brands and secure bulk orders for our products.

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
with a proven track record in the
footwear or textile industry
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with major footwear brands, sportswear companies, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with
leading footwear brands
and sportswear companies.
Generate
bulk order opportunities
and negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability.
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of large orders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and implement
business strategies
to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company in
industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in business development or sales in the footwear, textiles, or related manufacturing sector.
Strong
network with footwear brands, sportswear companies, and B2B clients
is highly desirable.
Proven ability to
close bulk orders and manage high-value accounts
.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
.
Strategic thinker with the ability to
identify and pursue new business opportunities
.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
