Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers) via calls, emails, and networking. Manage leads through the sales funnel--from discovery calls and product demos to contract negotiations. Develop and maintain deep market knowledge to effectively highlight the platform's competitive advantages. Travel as required to meet high-value prospects and close strategic deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM for full pipeline visibility.

Requirements:



2+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Proven track record in lead generation and building a sales pipeline from scratch. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales best practices.
