. The ideal candidate will lead business growth initiatives and ensure seamless coordination across departments--Operations, Logistics, Dispatch, Accounts, Marketing, and others. This role requires a proactive leader who can execute management directives on time, conduct training & L&D programs, and contribute to building a strong systems-led organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities, partnerships, channels, and expansion plans.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business growth strategies.
Work closely with senior management to plan and execute business roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations
Act as the central coordination point between Operations, Logistics, Dispatch, Accounts, Marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure timely execution of inter-departmental tasks and strategic projects.
Implement structured processes, SOPs, and systems to increase operational efficiency.
Training, L&D & Team Development
Conduct regular training programs for staff across departments to ensure skill development, compliance, and performance enhancement.
Lead L&D initiatives to build capabilities, improve processes, and strengthen organizational culture.
Identify training needs and design training modules in coordination with management.
Execution & Performance Management
Ensure timely completion of all tasks, projects, and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Prepare periodic progress reports, MIS, and performance updates for leadership review.
Track departmental KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and SOPs.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain business relationships with distributors, partners, vendors, stakeholders, and key accounts.
Represent the company professionally in business meetings, reviews, and industry interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Operations, or related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in FMCG or Beverage manufacturing industry
(must).
Strong understanding of business operations across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Dispatch, Accounts, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning abilities with a proactive execution mindset.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, work under deadlines, and deliver with ownership.
Strong command over MS Office / Google Suite; experience with ERP or CRM platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
