Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales,
lead a team, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardcore
sales and business development, excellent team management skills, and a proven track record of
achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
? Drive client acquisition and conversion to meet revenue targets.
? Lead, motivate, and manage a team of minimum 3 members to ensure achievement of individual
and team goals.
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
? Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
? Monitor team performance, provide training, and resolve queries effectively.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
? Track market trends, competition, and provide inputs for business expansion.
? Prepare and present sales reports to management.
? Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
? Male or Female, Age up to 40 years.
? Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales & business development.
? Prior experience in handling and leading a sales team (minimum 3 members).
? Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team leader with problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
