Role Summary

We are hiring a

high-performance field sales professional

who can

generate qualified student leads

in the market and drive admissions through consistent outreach and funnel

building

.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work

Daily cold calls & student/parent follow-ups

Visit

colleges, coaching centres & local hotspots

Create

referral & influencer networks

Drive

walk-ins

to Ludhiana office Maintain

lead funnel & report daily activity

Performance Measurement

Time Period KPI Output Required

First 3 Months: Eligible & Qualified Leads Generated. Build a strong lead funnel.

After 3 Months: Admissions converted from your funnel. Proven revenue impact. Ideal Candidate

2-6 years

of

field sales experience

Backgrounds that perform well:

Insurance Sales / Agency Recruitment

Banking - CASA / Loans / Business Correspondent

Telecom / Education Sales / Field Marketing

Strong communication + result-driven work habits

Two-wheeler preferred
