to join our growing team in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate must have
hands-on field sales experience
and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in
field sales
to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through
cold calling, client visits, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and offer
tailored solutions.
Prepare and present
business proposals
, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for
upselling and cross-selling.
Meet or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide
daily reports
of field activities, leads generated, and sales progress to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience Required:
2 to 5 years (Field Sales / Business Development - B2B)
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Industry:
Fire Protection, Manufacturing, Electronics-Electrical Equipment, Automobile, etc.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
