Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
Arrange, align, and attend client meetings to present the company's security solutions.
Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured sales planning.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management:
Act as a bridge between clients and the management team for smooth communication.
Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and after-sales relationship maintenance.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products to offer appropriate solutions.
Strategic & Administrative Support:
Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies and sales campaigns.
Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and business forums.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for review.
