We are looking for our women's Fashion clothing company, a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive sales growth, bring in corporate clients, and strategically move our existing inventory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Increase Store Sales:

Develop and execute strategies to drive in-store footfall, boost conversion rates, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

?

Corporate Business Development:

Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporates for bulk orders, gifting, and collaborations.

?

Inventory Monetization:

Plan and implement initiatives to sell existing stock through targeted promotions, events, and tie-ups.

?

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, stylists, and corporate buyers.

?

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

?

Event & Campaign Coordination:

Work closely with marketing to organize pop-ups, in-store events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.

?

Reporting:

Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.

?

3+ years of experience

in business development, retail sales, or corporate sales

(fashion industry experience preferred).

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Strong network in the fashion/lifestyle/corporate space is a plus.

? Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
