We are looking for a

dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Female Business Development Manager

to join our growing team. This is

not a telecalling job

-- it's a strategic business role focused on building meaningful B2B relationships and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential

interior design firms, contractors, and project execution companies

online. Connect with key decision-makers such as

Founders, Owners, Directors, and Project Leads

through professional calls and emails. Present NY ESTILO's manufacturing capabilities and explore opportunities for collaboration or outsourcing. Schedule and coordinate

factory visits

or

office meetings

for the senior business development team. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and ensure regular follow-ups. Represent NY ESTILO with professionalism and confidence in all communications.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with the confidence to interact with senior professionals. Strong

research and networking abilities

to identify and connect with the right companies. Prior experience in

business development, client acquisition, partnerships, or the interior industry

is preferred (not mandatory). Proficiency in

English and Hindi

(knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Passion for the

interior design, architecture, or construction

industry.

Education:

Any degree (graduate in any discipline).
