Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, architects, property developers, and homeowners for end-to-end interior design and fit-out services, including space planning, 3D visualization, custom furniture, and project execution.?
Build and nurture client relationships through site visits, presentations, proposals, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets and maintain over 90% client return rate.?
Collaborate with design and execution teams to convert leads into projects, manage tenders, and oversee CRM activities using tools like email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.?
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, office furniture, or construction sectors.?
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills; proficiency in LinkedIn for lead generation and proposal writing; familiarity with Bangalore market dynamics.?
Female candidates preferred to enhance team diversity; travel willingness for client meetings.
